Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • ¼ cup granola
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional for added texture)
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds or walnuts (optional for extra crunch)
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional for extra flavor)

Instructions

  • In a bowl or jar, start by adding a spoonful of Greek yogurt as your base layer.
  • Add a layer of fresh berries on top of the yogurt. You can use a combination of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or any fruit you prefer.
  • Drizzle a small amount of honey or maple syrup over the berries if you want extra sweetness.
  • Next, add a layer of granola to give it a nice crunch.
  • Add another layer of Greek yogurt and repeat the process of adding berries, granola, and a drizzle of honey until you’ve reached the top of your container.
  • Top with a sprinkle of sliced almonds or walnuts, chia seeds, or any other toppings you like.
  • Optional: Add a dash of vanilla extract for a little extra flavor.
  • Chill the parfait for 30 minutes before serving if you prefer it cold, or enjoy it immediately.

Notes

  • You can switch up the fruit depending on the season. Mango, banana, or peaches are great alternatives to berries.
