  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt (preferably full-fat)
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup olive oil extra virgin
  • ¼ cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips (or chopped dark chocolate)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a standard cake pan with olive oil or butter and lightly dust with flour.
