- Herb variations
You can experiment with different herbs such as basil, dill, thyme, or chives depending on your preferences. Fresh herbs will give the dip a fresher, more vibrant taste, but dried herbs work just as well.
- Extra flavor
If you like a bit of heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce to the dip.
- Make it creamier
For an even creamier texture, add a tablespoon of sour cream or cream cheese to the Greek yogurt.
- Vegan version
To make this dip vegan, simply use dairy-free yogurt in place of Greek yogurt and check for vegan-friendly seasonings.
- Add some cheese
For an extra kick of flavor, try adding a small amount of grated parmesan or feta cheese.
For a spectacular taste, serve it as a dip for Greek lemon potatoes (Patates Lemonates)!
