How to Make Watermelon Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh watermelon, cubed (seeds removed)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional for extra flavor)

Steps to Make Watermelon Ice Cream
- In a blender or food processor, combine the watermelon cubes and Greek yogurt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a sweeter ice cream, add honey or maple syrup, and blend again.
- Optionally add a few drops of vanilla extract for a richer flavor.

- Pour the mixture into individual ice cream molds. If you prefer, you can also freeze it inside a bread loaf mold covered in parchment paper.
- Cover and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until it hardens to your desired consistency.

- Once frozen, remove it from the freezer and let it sit for a few minutes to soften slightly. Kids usually prefer it in a popsicle form
- For adults, follow the same procedure before scooping, if you prefer to serve it that way.
