How to Make the Greek Yogurt Popsicles
Step-by-Step Preparation
Blend the ingredients
In a blender, combine the Greek yogurt, mixed berries, and Greek honey (or maple syrup). Blend until smooth and well combined. You can adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding more honey if needed.

Pour the mixture into molds and insert the sticks
Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, filling each mold nearly to the top. If you don’t have a popsicle mold, you can use small paper cups or ice cube trays as a substitute. Add whole fruits for added flavor!
If using a popsicle mold, insert sticks into the center of each mold. If you’re using paper cups, you can insert a popsicle stick once the mixture has partially set, after about 1-2 hours.

Freeze
Place the filled molds into the freezer and freeze for 4-6 hours or until fully set. The popsicles should be firm to the touch and easy to remove from the molds.

Serve and enjoy!
Once the popsicles are frozen, remove them from the molds and serve immediately. Enjoy a refreshing, creamy treat perfect for any occasion!
