When I first moved to Crete, I didn’t realize how deeply the holidays would reshape the way I celebrate. Greek Christmas isn’t loud or commercial; it’s tender, homemade, rooted in memory, and full of small rituals passed from grandmother to granddaughter.
And that’s exactly what inspired my new book, My Greek Christmas Table—a collection of the dishes, traditions, and little secrets I’ve learned after more than a decade celebrating the holidays “like the locals.”
