A creamy, tangy dip perfect for snacking between barbecue bites.

Ingredients:
- Fresh cracked pepper, to taste
- 225 g (8 oz) feta cheese, crumbled
- 120 g (½ cup) plain Greek yogurt
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions:
- In a food processor, blend feta, yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and honey until smooth.
- Transfer to a serving bowl. Top with cracked pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Serve with pita chips, crudités, or grilled flatbread.
Warm Greek Lemon-Oregano Potatoes
Golden roasted potatoes with bright lemon and herbs.

Ingredients:
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- 700 g (1½ lbs) baby potatoes, halved
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced (~3 tbsp juice)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking tray and roast for 35–40 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and tender.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Creamy Greek Yogurt Tzatziki Pasta Salad
A cooling, tangy pasta salad perfect for hot days.

Ingredients:
- 225 g (8 oz) short pasta, cooked and cooled
- 240 g (1 cup) plain Greek yogurt (full fat or 2%)
- 100 g (½ medium) cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Optional: cherry tomatoes, boiled broccoli, cheese crumbles, and red onion slices
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, salt, and pepper (>> see this tzatziki recipe here)
- Stir in the cooled pasta and optional add-ins.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Greek Sausage Bites with Peppers (Loukaniko Style)
Savory sausage bites flavored with orange zest and oregano.

Ingredients:
- 450 g (1 lb) Loukaniko sausage or mild Italian sausage
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Zest of 1 orange
Instructions:
- Slice sausages into 2.5 cm (1-inch) pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sausage, peppers, oregano, and orange zest. Cook for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sausage is browned and cooked through.
- Serve warm with toothpicks for easy eating.

Ingredients:
- 4 ripe peaches (~600 g), sliced into wedges
